Returns & Refunds
A1 First Aid cannot offer returns for hygiene purposes. However if you receive a product that
is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will of course refund it for free, if returned within 30
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted,
we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send
your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process the refund also.
Unless we are replacing a defective or damaged product, A1 First Aid cannot exchange
items due to hygiene reasons.
If you’ve already booked a first aid course but need to transfer to another course within 5
working days before the booked course start date, a $40 Transfer Fee wkill apply.
If cancelling within 5 working days from the course date, a full refund will be issued.
