This course is the minimum requirement for low-risk workplace health and safely compliance and is recommended for anyone needing first aid training for workplace compliance eg: Workplace First Aiders, Early Childhood Educators, office staff, health and safety coordinators.

First aid for life threatening conditions:
Stable Side Position: Adult, child and infant
CPR: Adult, child and infant
Management of the choking patient: Adult, child and infant
First Aid conditions and how to respond to them
