A1 First Aid has an extensive range of first aid kits that are suitable for a wide range of uses. All kits are DOL approved and can be re-stocked with our wide range of products.

Order Payment Policy:
- Full payment must be received with all orders before despatch of goods
- Payment can be made with a valid credit card via our secure payment gateway, or alternatively by direct credit internet banking into our bank account. If you choose to pay by direct credit, A1 First Aid's banking details will be provided to you at the completion of the order process.
Currency Policy:
- Please note all amounts are quoted and will be processed in New Zealand dollars.
Freight and Delivery Policy
- When placing your order - DO NOT put through your payment until we have contacted you with a final amount which will include the applicable freight
- Prices quoted do not include GST which is an additional 15% on all orders
- All delivery is by courier and charged to the customer unless otherwise specified
- Orders are only available in New Zealand
Returns Policy:
- Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of despatch
