Does your first aid kit comply with Department of Labour regulations (DOL)?

A1 First Aid Limited can take the worry out of keeping up to date, with DOL regulations for first aid kits.

Option 1 :

• A1 will contact your Health and Safety representative electronically via email on a regular designated time interval. This frequency of contact is determined by the number of staff and type of industry your business works within.
• Your business will be provided with an audit document which is specific to your individual needs ie, business, sports team, company vehicle, manufacturing plant, hospitality industry etc.   This will detail the kits you have that require auditing, and where they are located in your business environment. It will also consider the number of individuals accessing the kit.
• Your Health and Safety representative will check all kits in your business site against the audit document for stock on hand. Where necessary you will then fill in the “Stock to Order” column to bring your stock on hand in the first aid kits back up to the recommended level.
• Your Health and Safety representative will then fax through your order to A1 First Aid who then dispatch it within the following 24 hours.

Option 2 :

• A1 First Aid carry out  kit audits at their own premises.
• Customers requiring auditing by A1 will courier their business’ first aid kits into A1 First Aid.
• A1 First Aid will audit these and return them to the customer within a 5 working day period from time of receipt. 
• The kit will be re-stocked with any first aid supplies required to bring the kit back up to its recommended level.
